Credit and Collections Representative

GreenPages is recruiting for an experienced collector, who has 3-5 years experience in non-consumer collections. To be successful in this role, you must possess the ability to work independently managing receivables accounts. This role requires establishing strong and professional relationships with internal and external customers, and demonstrated experience working with agings, reconciliations and meeting or exceeding department performance metrics.  Our Collectors self-manage a block of agings and must possess both effective time management skills and decision making skills as related to escalation. You should have proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.  Filemaker and Great Plains is an asset but not required.
