Custody Analyst

They seek a Custody Analyst that will be responsible for the handling of custody transactions, maintenance of securities held, and assist in quarterly reporting. Maintain database of securities held. Provide weekly updates of securities not received, process stock distributions to the limited partners, handle all custody aspects of the selling or reorganization of a portfolio company. Semi annual security counts. Reconcile quarterly and weekly reports. Prepare a quarterly list of securities for senior management. Reconcile public holdings to the annual proxies. Review security totals and activity on the quarterly valuation reports. The qualified candidate will have 1+yrs of relative exp. Bachelors degree is necessary.
