Data Entry/ Accounting Clerk

Aurident, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of dental alloys and materials used in the fabrication of dental restorations  (www.aurident.com).   Our growth has created an opportunity to join Aurident's accounting department as a Data Entry /Accounting Clerk.  As a contributor, you will be directly interfacing with Aurident customers by entering & editing sales orders, entering  a daily deposit, working closely with inside sales personnel, occassionally providing sales and assistance to customer service.  Ability to multi-task required in a high paced office environment.

The position requires the following:


 

 Accurately  review /edit / input sales orders and reporting in company accounting software.

 Input checks for daily deposit.

 Assist  sales representatives in entering sales orders,  interface with customers, provide customer service.

 Assist with light shipping using Fed Ex. & UPS systems.

 Open customer accounts by recording account information & communicate to sales.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.


 

Data Entry experiencerequired. Proficiency in Korean/Spanish helpful, but not necessary. Aurident is covieneintly located in Fullerton, California. Excellent compensation and benefits including profit sharing & 401K + paid vacation days. Opportunity for advancement to the right individual .
