The Data Entry Operator responsibilities are as follows:

Provide support and backup documentation to Customer Service on all cash billing related inquiries.

Research and apply all customer payments to appropriate internal and inter-company accounts. 

Reconcile all general ledger accounts.  Responsible for meeting all cash reporting deadlines.

Research and key cash into the A/R system.

Interact with customers and other departments as required to resolve problems.

Maintain accurate financial records, recording deposits, corrections, wire transfers, NSF checks from the bank reconciliation statement.

Process all credit card requests and investigates disputes.

Reconcile cash receipts to system generated reports.


Qualifications

 High school education or GED. Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred. 2+ years of data entry field entering orders in a similar function. Must have 10,000+ ksph with excellent accuracy, in both alpha and numerical and strong typing skills as well in both alpha and numerical. 10 key by touch a plus. General knowledge of data entry, and accurate keying skills.  Basic understanding of accounting. Excellent attention to detail.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task. Advanced experience with MS OFFICE (Excel, Word). Working well with others is a must. Ability to work overtime as required.
