Deal Biller/Accounting Clerk

DescriptionOur Autoway stores are now hiring experienced Automotive Deal Billers and Accounting Clerks. Training available for the right candidate. Applicant must be comfortable working in a very repetitious role.

Hours: Monday - Friday (flexible hours) 8am -5:30pm
Pay Rate: up to $12.00/hr DOE

Primary Responsibilities:
Warranty submissions and cancellations
Finalizing deals
Receive and verify New and Used Vehicle Deals to assure all required documentation and DMS is complete
Post Deals in the DMS System
Maintain Salesperson Commission Logs
Review and Assure Accuracy of E-Log
Handle Deal Gross Profit Disputes with the Dealership
Address Salesperson Commission issues Required ExperienceIdeal candidates will have:

-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Experience handling high volume of paperwork
-Must be highly organized; have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
-Must be able to communicate effectively with store management and sales personnel
-Team player with superior service skills
