Depository Receipts Manager - AVP

A world class investment bank in New York City seeks an AVP for Depository Receipts. The Manager will manage the team responsible for the daily Depository Receipts operational processing. The Depositary Receipts Admin team is responsible for performing all aspects of ADR and GDR transaction processing including issuance, Cancellation, Transfers, Pre Release and Income Collection. The Admin manager will be required to ensure all internal record keeping systems are updated appropriately and follow up items with transaction intermediaries including Internal Relationship Managers, Local Custodians, Broker Dealers, Common Depositories and International Central System Depositories (ICSD's) are addressed in a timely and accurate fashion. The Admin manager will also take ownership for identifying and implementing solutions for business problems from both a technology and operational process re-engineering perspective.

Candidates should have at least 3 years experience in Depository Receipts or International Settlements and have excellent written and verbal skills and be proactive, enthusiastic and determined. Applicants must have experience with Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and possess a strong knowledge of Swift ISO 15022 and DTCC PTS.
