+++Derivative Manager ( Sign On Bonus Offered)
Description:
The area is responsible for the accounting and operations for derivatives
products such as interest rate, cross currency, and FX swaps, exchange
traded and OTC products.
This position will be responsible for all daily, monthly and quarterly
accounting and reporting. The position will have approximately 6
direct/indirect individuals reporting to him/her.
The position involves the review of daily derivative accounting and
operations, such as payments and new or terminated derivative transactions.
Approve reconciliation's prepared by others and where necessary prepare
reconciliation's.
Review of monthly earnings and FAS 133 results reported to Financial
Reporting Department.
Prepare and/or review monthly and quarterly financial & regulatory
requirements.
Approve new derivatives and terminations in the derivative system and
corresponding rate responsibility.
Ensure controls are adhered to, update Standard Operating Procedures and
flowcharts.
Qualifications:
Accounting degree
Derivatives experience
FAS 133
Foreign Exchange
Control oriented, extreme flexibility (things are constantly changing), high
energy.
