Dir-Bus Plng & Fin Analysis

Description:
Deliver financial and business diagnostic decision support to Consumer Banking and Personal Trust Business. Specifically, lead the business planning and forecasting processes and ongoing monthly analysis and projections of key financial and non-financial metrics. Building active partnerships with FPPS LFO Team.



Produce financial and economic models to support new business initiatives and driver based planning and forecasting models.



Provide financial leadership to reengineering and business initiative programs including the analysis and effectiveness of core and investment spending projects. Active engagement with the business project management office (PMO) and enterprise PMO will be critical success factor.



Create and implement ongoing process for competitive benchmarking and legal entity management and forecasting process. Provide leadership to key governance processes e.g. internal controls, Board of Directors Reporting, SOX 404 et al.



Provide active leadership and development to direct and indirect staff.

Qualifications:
Strong academic track record including an undergraduate degree in finance/accounting. MBA and/or professional designations (CPA, CFA, etc) strongly preferred.



Professional background including progressive achievement in financial roles including the leadership of finance organization. Five to Ten year of progressive experience in Banking.

Successful track record in delivering a step change improvement in influencing business decision making and finance team performance. Particular skills in communicating financial and business results that deliver transparency and a call-to-action.



Strong written & oral communications skills and business sense.



Able to build strong relationships with business and finance leaders through competency integrity and trust.
