Promote and ensure a smooth working relationship between Operations Controllers and their local management team. The candidate will have demonstrated that he/she can work in a complex environment, and can serve as an advisor to the senior managers as well as to the Controller and CFO. The candidate should have strong technical accounting skills as well as a strong basis in systems of internal control. MBA and or CPA.

Director of Financial Reporting: Updating company policies and procedures; working on special projects and working with the Financial Planning & Reporting and
Financial Systems groups to help develop new financial systems. Managing the consolidation process including collection, validation and analysis of companywide financial information. CPA certification 10+ years experience in the accounting field (public accounting a plus)Preparation of SEC filings (10-K & 10-Q).

Director/ Mgr. FP&A- 600 million international company is searching for a strong financial professional with extensive modeling, forecasting and excellent analytical skills. Will be heavily involved in leading and assisting with modeling for several acquisitions. Work directly with the CFO, President and due diligence team on complex competitive, cash flow and proforma analysis. Must have a sharp analytical mindset that can maneuver through massive amounts of information and think on their feet. Prefer MBA, advanced excel and Hyperion skills or related report writer.

Controller-(Hi-tec manufacturer) Will be responsible for the Company?s revenue and contract accounting. This position will also have responsibility for other related accounting and reporting. This position will also develop internal policies & procedure and engage in special projects, as needed. This position will interact internally with the Company?s Sales and Legal departments. CPA/MBA preferred. Minimum of 6+ years directly related experience including strong manufacturing experience. Background in high tech manufacturing desired. Strong technical accounting and system skills.

Finance Manager Systems- Pre IPO $500 million plus technology company. They are looking for a strong Finance Manager with excellent Oracle experience. They are currently implementing Oracle through out the organization and are looking for strong Oracle users with strong accounting/finance skills to assist with the implementation, report writing and analysis. Hands-on experience with the following modules: A/R, A/P, Procurement, General Ledger and at least some OFA experience would be nice. Future potential to grow in to a director role for one of the companies several subsidiaries. Will work with people from the CFO level to the clerk and must be able to communicate well and have a pro-active approach to business.

The Senior Financial Analyst provides analytical and decision support to senior finance and operational management by developing, interpreting, and implementing financial concepts for financial planning, analysis and control, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
