Director, Administration

As the Director of Administration, you will have administrative accountability for the support of the assigned client service responsibilities and management of administrative staff.  Duties include the management of the daily workflow, the financial results, the integrity of the work processed, and allocation of resources. Beyond the daily internal responsibilities, this position is fully responsible for the servicing of Individual Life clients through training opportunities, client visits, and onsite client audits.  This position initiates unit and client team planning.  Client responsibilities have expanded into a consultant of industry practices, new products and overall uses of technology.  This position actively recommends and implements new uses of technology into our daily processing, both internally and externally.  Industry meeting attendance and participation is a required function of this position.
