Director Business Development

Description:
Eaton Corporation located in Cleveland Ohio has an opening for Director of Business Development for the Fluid Power Group.
The primary function of this position is to proactively pursue and execute potential development transactions, which will complement Fluid Power's current and future business portfolio. This position will lead M&A strategic planning for the group, will lead strategic assessment, target identification, due diligence and facilitate the negotiation process with the Corporate development and planning team. A key funtion of this role will be to work with FPG leadership to develop business strategy and to formulate presentations to FPG and Corporate leadership on D&P initiatives and then drive those initiatives. This position will manage the development and planning team of managers and analysts on a global basis, and be responsible for building global organizational capability.

Qualifications:
MBA required
Strong project manangement experience, three to five years of transaction experience with experiece in strategic planning. Management experience with multinational employee groups a plus. Clear and concise communication and presentations skills are a must.
