Director, Client Advisory Services - (TK10899)

Client Advisory Services is a new function designed to promote a culture of excellence in providing client production information and value-added services to PHH clients . This leadership position is responsible for driving the governance, strategic review and analysis of client information processes which supports the Client Management System initiatives. This includes the creation of strategic solutions collaboratively with internal business partners for clients based on client business needs and the ability of PHH to enhance our relationships. Requires strong technical and analytical skills to understand the client relationship and information needs, to evaluate the strategic impact of client information requests, to design solutions, to manage the quality review of the solutions generated, and to coordinate with the internal business areas the interpretation and communication of the information analysis to the client.

Position includes direction of others on the team and leadership of projects. As a new area, must be willing to perform at various levels to establish the profile of the area, promote solution approaches and achieve results.

Ensure Client Management System governance across business areas; ensure information integrity standards are upheld through focus on business intelligence and data integrity goals; design, implement and monitor procedures; manage business quality assurance of client information generated, considering business development activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Finance or technical Bachelor's degree, and MBA or technical masters degree required. Technical degrees include math, engineering or MIS degrees. Must be creative, self motivated, enthusiastic, intuitive, detail-oriented, flexible, persistent, thorough, with an ability to listen well and influence others. 5 to 7 years Mortgage Banking or Financial Services experience necessary. 4 years management experience required. Effective interpersonal and communication skills with different levels of team players and leaders are required. Must have analytical problem-solving in an integrated systems environment, with a desire to get to the root cause of problems. Must have project management skills, practiced in advisory services role. Excellent oral/written presentation skills with focus on high profile clients and senior leadership. Must have experience with quality methodologies, audit or compliance functions.
