We are currently seeking a Director, Financial Accounting with at least five years experience in an accounting/ finance/ supervisory role in a Marketing Company, Retail Environment, or Manufacturing/ Distribution organization.  The successful candidate must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and organize work load efficiently. The ability to motivate and mentor team members. The candidate must have the desire to earn the respect of staff, peers and management. The ability to work in an family oriented, entrepreneurial environment and be willing to roll up their sleeves when necessary is critical to the success of the Director position in this organization. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization and will manage a team.

 

The right person must demonstrate a proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Great Plains Dynamics and ADP payroll systems experience a plus.  Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.
