The primary role for the position is to lead the budgeting and forecasting activities for the Company. Additionally, this role provides financial support to Veritude’s Sales and Customer Relationship Management groups in the areas of pricing and client profitability. 

 

Manage the development and implementation of  the annual operating plan and financial forecasts for the Company  Manage the development and implementation of  the annual operating plan and financial forecasts for the Company Analyze revenue and profitability by line of business, identify key trends, assess risks and opportunities to planPerform pricing and financial analysis for new business activity including the development of cost models that are utilized to assess new business opportunities and the recommendation of pricing levels for new opportunities Support monthly financial reporting process including the submission of internal and external financial reporting information Prepare company submissions to various benchmarking groups Ad hoc reporting, analysis, and functional support Develop and manage subordinates within the Veritude Finance function



  Education and Experience 

 

? College degree with a finance background required

? 8+ years relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility

? MBA/CPA preferable

? Experience constructing an annual plan in a large company atmosphere a plus

? Experience in an HR Outsourcing firm a plus
