Director, Fraud Risk Management

We are currently seeking a Fraud Risk Management Director to join us in our Chicago office.

Fraud Risk Management services assists clients in their efforts to prevent, detect and respond to fraud and misconduct risk through the design, implementation and evaluation of antifraud programs and controls.

Responsibilities:
?Champion marketing and business development efforts within key industries
?Lead engagement teams to assist clients in the design, implementation and evaluation of corporate ethics and compliance programs and related antifraud programs
?Collaborate with other KPMG teams on antifraud programs and controls in the context of audit, S-O 404 advisory services, regulatory compliance, and other client service delivery situations
?Advise clients on the impact of internal compliance matters on external corporate social responsibility reporting initiatives
?Conduct senior-level interviews, evaluate entity-level controls, draft reports and issue recommendations suitable for senior executive and board-level audiences
?Perform research and develop methodologies and tools to support service delivery
?Assist in large-scale investigations and other related projects as needed

Qualifications:
?Seven years of relevant experience with a Big Four firm, nationally-recognized business advisory firm, government enforcement agency, or the compliance, legal or internal audit function of a major company
?Extensive knowledge and experience with three or more of the following frameworks: S-O 404; NYSE/NASDAQ Corporate Governance Listing Standards; COSO Integrated Control Framework, PCAOB Audit Standard on Internal Control; U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Criteria for an Effective Program to Prevent and Detect Violations of Law; SAS 99; or the Global Reporting Initiative
?Strong skills in areas such as: business development; executive-level interviewing; workshop facilitation; survey design; and compliance auditing
?Outstanding thought leadership, writing, verbal and presentation skills
?Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college/university in a business-related discipline, or supplemented through relevant business experience
?Ability to handle a moderate to extensive level of travel
