International Tax Services (ITS) focuses on all aspects of cross border and international taxation. It includes structural realignment, effective tax rate analysis and improvement of tax efficiencies of cross border flows. ITS provides full services to both inbound investors into the US and US MNCs investing globally. Other ITS services include: assisting companies in understanding and assessing the tax impact of company business, operations, and transactions in multiple jurisdictions, as well as related global, regional, and national strategic market access, manufacturing, sourcing, and supply advice.

This position involves advising U.S. and foreign multinational companies on the U.S. and foreign tax implications of their international operations. Responsible for coordinating U.S. tax laws with foreign tax laws to obtain an optimal worldwide strategy. Will have the opportunity to network extensively with existing and prospective clients and assume a high degree of responsibility and exposure within the firm. Responsible for providing industry knowledge and technical expertise to clients.

Job Requirement Essential

Strong technical tax background as a result of 8 to10 plus years experience advising the U.S. and foreign multinational companies on their international tax strategies. Previous experience in an international tax practice within a professional services firm, industry, government agency and/or law firm.
Willingness to aggressively market services to existing and prospective clients. Client service orientation combined with creative problem solving skills; strong written and oral communication skills.
