We have an immediate opening for a Director of Internal Audit at our corporate headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut.

?

Responsibilities include:

???????? Develops internal audit plans including risk assessments (financial and operational, field and process);

???????? Performs, coordinates and evaluates audit work;

???????? Develops internal audit tracking, reporting and testing procedures to monitor and test major risk exposures throughout the organization;

???????? Participates in development of policies, procedures, controls and tests of controls necessary for effective operations and adherence to Sarbanes Oxley.

???????? Coordinates and performs testing procedures to support management?s assessment of internal controls over financial reporting in accordance with the COSO Framework and Sarbanes Oxley, managing outsourced resources and consulting budget when necessary;

???????? Develops and manages the company?s business ethics program and communicates activity to management and to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors;

???????? Maintains knowledge of current accounting and auditing practices and regulations;

???????? Performs special projects and investigations, as required, including M&A due diligence.

Requirements:

???????? B.S. in Finance or Accounting, CPA or CIA preferred

???????? Knowledge of current accounting and auditing practices and reg?s.

???????? Min. (3) years Big 4 experience auditing public companies and 3+ years corporate internal audit experience in technology based environment

???????? Experience implementing COSO Framework controls and familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
