Director, International Tax

The Director of International Tax will manage a staff of two and be responsible for the management of the US tax areas including the US international income tax compliance (Form 5471s, 1118, Boycott Reports), support the IRS audit on the international side, transfer pricing, ETI and international tax planning; support the tax provision on the quarters and at year-end from an international perspective; hold responsibility for the US international tax research projects, issues and planning; assist in the development of the tax strategic plan; assist with the review of the international sites.
