We are currently seeking a Director to join us in our San Francisco office focused on the Healthcare industry.

KPMG ForensicSM professionals assist organizations in their efforts to achieve the highest level of business integrity through the detection, prevention and investigation of fraud and misconduct. Our Forensic professionals strive to not only help our clients discover the facts underlying concerns about fraud and misconduct, but also assist clients in assessing their vulnerabilities to such activities, and in developing controls and programs to address these risks.

Responsibilities:
?Use a variety of diagnostic techniques to help determine key areas of risk, assess how well that risk is managed, and establish steps to test and mitigate vulnerabilities to fraud and misconduct
?Develop strong client relationships
?Manage complex tasks and meet aggressive deadlines
?Assist organizations with compliance program assessment, implementation, and monitoring related to healthcare and pharmaceuticals
?Possess an in-depth understanding of legal issues affecting the organization
?Assist organizations in protecting value through the assessment of their risk and vulnerability to fraud and misconduct
?Lead a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience
?Develop, motivate, and manage a diverse professional team

Qualifications:
?Fifteen years of experience with specific knowledge of the Healthcare industry
?Experience in regulatory compliance, care delivery, medical record coding, investigations, or reimbursement
?Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations on federal and state levels
?Capable of expanding new and current clients to obtain long-term relationships, as well as multiple engagement initiatives
?Able to lead multiple engagements and have excellent project management skills
?Client interaction and communication skills
?Able to build, develop, and manage a team
?Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a business related field
?Moderate to extensive level of travel
