Director of Finance and Operations

Salary Range $50,000 + Quarterly Bonuses

 

 

Medical Distribution Solutions, Inc. (MDSI) is a healthcare publishing firm located in Norcross, Ga. We have an immediate opening to replace our Director of Finance and Operations.


MDSI is highly focused on operational and market excellence. Therefore, our ideal candidate has an energetic attitude, is extremely organized, and has an amazing ability to multi-task and is extremely trustworthy. This position will focus on assisting the needs of our executive team with employee, client and vendor activities, truly running the business activities and operations of our firm.

Primary Responsibilities

 

? Daily financial activities including invoicing, deferred revenue, A/R, A/P, bank deposits and payroll.

 

? Administration of the company?s benefits for employees including 401k, health benefits, facility management and daily operations.

 

? Financial Reporting for all product lines to the executive team.

 

 

Qualifications

 

? Bachelor?s Degree in accounting, business or related fields a must.

 

? Successful applicants will have excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.

 

? High-energy individual that works well with co-workers and clients.

 

? Strong computer skills required, particularly with Microsoft Office Products.

 

? Demonstrated superior verbal and written communications and capable of communicating to the executive team in a clear, concise manner.

 

?  Must have the ability to set and prioritize goals, establish action plans and meet deadlines in a high volume environment.
