Immediate Opening: Director of Financial Services
 
Job Type: Full Time
 
Location: Heritage Club Denver, CO
 
The position of Director of Financial Services specific responsibilities include:
 
* Ensure private payers are billed accurately and timely.
* Maintain Accounts Receivable at company accepted levels.
* Maintain all residents billing information.
* Prepare Daily Deposits.
* Enter weekly accounts payable.
* Assist corporate personnel in preparing accurate, timely and meaningful financial information.
* Communicating and training financial information to non financial managers.
* Assist in preparation of the yearly Business plan and projections
* Foster expense control throughout the organization
* Occasional assistance in payroll processing.


We seek the following qualifications:
 
* A Bachelors Degree in Business with a major in accounting
* At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
* Proficiency in Excel.
