CSI is currently seeking Directors to join our team in Houston.  This is a new position within the company created by the increased demand by our US based clients.

 

Your job responsibilities will consist principally of the following:

 Developing CSI?s business by contracting with new customers consistent with CSI?s business strategy. Hiring consultants to support the development of CSI?s business. Oversight and follow-up for each client assigned to you. Overseeing billing and collections. Managing the relationship between CSI staff and CSI?s customers. Reporting to your Principal about the progress of each project, and information relating to the continuation of each project. Coordinating the management of each client assigned to you.

 

We are looking for entrepreneurial, teamwork oriented and highly motivated professionals who can lead this growing business unit.  In addition, there will be opportunities to work and receive training abroad.

 

Compensation offered will be extremely competitive.Qualifications:BA/BS in accounting or related field Well versed in GAAP accounting rules Strong orientation toward internal control, risk assessment and operational auditing 10+ years internal audit experience in public accounting and / or private industry with either manufacturing, retail and distribution, banking, insurance/health care asset-based lending, food/consumer products, telecommunications and MIS Attainment of Senior Internal Audit designation Line operations experience and a demonstrated, innovative approach to internal audit as a consultative service is a distinct plus Adept at the use of technology (MS Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint; ACL & MS Access a plus) Prefer CPA, MBA, CIA, CISA, or CFEDemonstrated Abilities:Ability to perform risk assessments Audit plan development and programs Testing and evaluation of records Designing and conducting internal audits Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel Understand engagement as it relates to client's business Demonstrate knowledge in some areas of industry or functional specialty Comfortable at dealing effectively with client senior management. Perform engagement planning and ensuring that products/deliverables meet contract/work plan Capable of running internal audit engagements and supervising staff members Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to "roll-up their sleeves" to get the job done Recognize and communicate opportunities to sell "add-on" work to client Contribute to a positive team attitudeJob Requirements Essential:Attainment of Senior Internal Audit designation 10+ years experience with a recognized accounting firm or in internal audit Strong oral and written communication skills Commitment to exceptional client service Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset Flexible, self started possessing intellectual curiosity Ability to interact with various levels of client and company management Ability to travel 75% on an annual basis, domestic and international Fluent in Spanish (Miami preferred) ? both written and verbal
