About the Position:
They are currently seeking an experienced Director of Operations. This individual will coordinate human resources activities, carry out policies and decisions made by firm management, and implement procedures necessary to ensure timely completion of all client work, act as liaison between management and staff, and between accounting and admin personnel.

Administrative responsibilities include:
* Implementation
* Contract negotiations
* Office leasing
* Facility issues
* Liability insurance
* Office confidentiality

Other duties and responsibilities include:
* Employee relations
* Compensation and Benefits
* Strategic Planning
* Legal and Compliance
* Human Resource Development
* Manpower planning
* Experienced & Administrative recruiting
* New employee assimilation
* Employee exit process
* Assisting on the execution of Multi-Office HR efforts, as needed
* Providing vision and direction to improve HR processes

Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years experience preferably in a professional services industry (public accounting, law firm, etc.). A Bachelor's degree is required. Management and supervisory experience is required. Candidates with a CPA certification are preferred. Human Resources experience is a plus. Experience with Crystal Reports, and Contract negotiation skills are also a plus.

Their office is located in beautiful Tucson, Arizona.
 
Compensation:
They offer an excellent compensation package. Salary is based on experience.
