Director of Revenue Cycle Management

We are looking for an experienced financial professional to oversee all functions within the group?s business  operations, ensuring maximization of cash flow while improving patient, physician, and other customer relations. You will work with the Professional Billing Office and the operating unit practice management staff to manage the revenue cycle of patient visits from point of entry to adjudication of patient accounts. Also responsible for ensuring the accuracy of registration, charge capture, charge entry, claims submissions, and edits management.

 

Requires a Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, plus 5-7 years of experience in a large medical group environment and at least 3 years in a management role. Experience managing the revenue cycle through a system conversion strongly preferred. Extensive knowledge of third-party and insurance company operating procedures, regulatory and billing requirements, and government reimbursement programs is essential. Strong communication skills and a team focus required.
