Distribution Manager

We are a privately-owned manufacturer with annual sales of over $350 million dollars. We have 4 facilities, all located in Ohio, where we annually produce and ship over 500 million pounds of product worldwide. Due to increased growth and expansion in our distribution network and customer base we are currently seeking a staff financial accountant in our Distribution Department. Job Description

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in either Business, Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in the Distribution/Logistics area.



Primary Responsibilities



Analyze and report on distibution costs to our sales department.

Work closely with product planning department to increase fill rate.

Assist in co-ordinating functions of our outside storage facilities.

Determine most efficient methods of delivery both nationally and globally.

Monitor and adjust inventory levels

Job Qualifications



1 to 5 years financial/accounting experience,

BS in either Accounting or Finance

Must be able to work any shift.

Must have good communication skills.

Food experience preferred.
