Division Controller

 Responsibilities: ?  Preparing strategic financial plans and reviews ?  Resolving problems and identifying and implementing system and/or process improvements ?  Analyzing annual budget information, monitoring tenant escalations, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions ?  Preparing financial reports and analyzing variances, developing summaries and interpretations, and revising accounting policies, practices and internal control procedures ?  Maintaining and supervising accounting processes, including journal entries and general ledger ?  Supervising bank reconciliations and closing processes, supporting annual budget process, developing and maintaining forecasts and models, and ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

 Qualifications:? Minimum 5 years? general ledger experience ? Cash management, financial analysis and degree required.
We offer a compensation package of exceeding $70,000 which includes bonus, special incentives, matching 401(k) and a major medical benefits package.
