Division Financial Analyst
A leading global medical device company located in Eastern, PA has an immediate opening in their headquarters for a Division Financial Analyst. The company philosophy is ?Not business as usual? ? meaning they place strong emphasis on promoting individual responsibility, full delegation of decision-making powers, and encouraging plenty of personal freedom.
Key elements that the successful candidate will bring to the role:
1) Experience in preparing business unit forecasts and budgets (including sales, and expenses ? both fixed and variable)
2) Strong analytical skills ? understand financial statement variances, and be able to explain such to senior management.
3) Experience in product or brand analysis (or other strategic market analysis).
4) Experience in payback analysis or ROI.
5) Strong skills with systems ? i.e. JDE, HFM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
Must haves: B.S. in Business/Accounting/Finance
8+ years in Cost Accounting or Finance
3+ years supervisory/management experience
Company willing to help with relocatation.
