Document/Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description:
1. Knowledge of basis accounting/financial concepts.
2. Responsible for maintaining current information in various databases including MS Access.
3. Responsible for maintaining thorough file systems of vendor invoices and DOD documents in order to initiate accurate payment validation and disbursement.
4. Responsible for comparing requirements of vendor contracts with the guidelines of the FAR/DFAR for compliance.
5. Responsible for initiating contract close-out documentation.
6. Responsible for gathering, analyzing and calculating information for telecommunications billing documents, accounts receivables, and financial missions.
7. Experience working with Department of Navy in an administrative/fiscal environment desired.
8. Strong oral and written communications skills required.
9. Collections background with strong customer service skills.
10. Demonstrate ability to operate effectively in a dynamic government-contractor team environment.
11. Experience and proficiency in full MS Office suite required.
12. Education - High school and some college required.
