This position is responsible for transaction accounting, financial reporting, business systems and process, and internal controls to support the online businesses of PEG.  The businesses are growing rapidly which requires an experienced accountant with good business sense, practicality, discipline and a collaborative style comfortable with both small business and mature corporate cultures. The role will interact extensively with management, internal auditors, external auditors and other third parties. A key role will be establishing and maintaining appropriate processes, controls and compliance with public company standards across the online businesses. Managing change and developing the organization are key expectations of this position.

Requirements: BS in Accounting w/ min of 7 yrs exp (including some supv exp)  CPA with public accounting exp required Recent online internet experience preferred, if possible

Entertainment industry exp a nice plus; not required

Salary/Pay Rate: Up to $125k (doe)
