Exceptional opportunity for an entry level degreed individual that has a drive and determination to succeed, career minded only need reply. This is a very rare opportunity for a recent graduate to move immediately into a management role. Ideal candidate will have worked through school in responsible roles that required strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities may include but are not ltd. to:

?  Entry, filing and reviewing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, miscellaneous transactions (debit card receipts, transfers, journal entries for accruals, payroll and other items as needed);

?  Monthly reconciliation of all accounts;

?  Cash-flow, Revenue & Expense reports;

?  Inventory, periodic and annual audit preparation;

?  Planning and creating more efficient internal and external administration systems;

?  Recruitment, training and development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration;

?  Additional support of general finance, human resources or information systems work as needed;

?  Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for information systems

Salary/Pay Rate: $40,000 - $50,000 DOE, XCLLNT BENE'
