This position is primarily responsible for retaining and expanding customer relationships via telephone/video/email contacts and solicits new retail business from existing and prospective customers by offering bank products and services while maintaining service standards. Consistently meets or exceeds the customer

o Working knowledge of bank operations and/or retail sales operations
o General knowledge of consumer lending and regulatory requirements
o Excellent sales skills, especially via telephone
o Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
o Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively and courteously, and to gain information from individuals/customers
o Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in order to balance accounts
o Proficient in operation of Windows-based PC
o Good interpersonal and team building skills

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate
