ENTRY LEVEL FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Team Enterprises is a marketing company with a fast pace and fun atmosphere. We are seeking an entry level Finance Administrator with strong attention to detail.  This position supports our Finance Program Supervisor, who oversees all client associated billing in the Finance Department. The candidate will be dedicated to one of our large client accounts, focusing mainly on the analysis of expense reports. The primary job duties include, but are not limited to; review and analysis of semi-monthly expense accounts, credit card statement reconciliation, follow up on delinquent accounts and reconciliation of closed accounts.  Duties also include: data entry, budget reports and analysis, and problem solving.  Flexibility is a key, as the job responsibilities and duties can change often.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 Strong, intermediate background in Microsoft Excel is a MUST Background experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree) is a MUST Familiarity with expense reports and budgeting knowledge Strong organizational skills and attention to details Flexibility to multitask and take on different challenges  A 4-year degree with a background in finance/accounting OR 3 years relevant experience
