PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position focuses on various accounting/environmental issues as related to the convenience store business.

 

? Oversee payments and expenditures for environmental remediation and compile monthly summaries.

? Analyze expenditures and reimbursements for environmental remediation projects.

? Work directly with environmental companies and Accounting Department to review monthly reserve for financial documents.

? Oversee monthly journal entry process.

? Manage Environmental Compliance Coordinators in weekly and monthly duties.

? Oversee records retention including database development and records storage.

? Perform various tasks and projects as assigned by Director.

? Perform duties as Department Supervisor in absence of Director.

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional oral communication and organizational skills.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and MS Word. 10 Key Calculator skills. Knowledge of PDI and gasoline/environmental issues.
