Executive Compensation Consultant

As a Consultant you will participate in the design, development, and implementation of executive compensation strategies. Responsibilities will include assessing client environments and needs, conducting competitive practices research, developing market data analyses and recommendations, conducting compensation and organizational assessment surveys, and designing and implementing compensation and reward programs. The ideal candidates will have proven analytical, writing, presentation, consulting, and problem solving skills, and proficiency using Excel as an analytic tool. In addition, you must be proficient working with Value based performance measures. Long-term incentive vehicles (i.e. Black-Scholes, binomial, regression analysis); incentive plan design; and interpreting complex information (SEC regulations, Proxy Disclosures, FAS 123R, 10k annual report analysis etc.) are also included. This role will also be involved in equity stakes/shareholder dilution analyses and value based incentives and Survey design.

Significant ability to understand and interpret financial statements is a must. The candidate must have significant Excel (including advanced functions), PowerPoint, expertise and experience working with database applications. A BS is required although a Masters degree is strongly preferred along with 5+ years of hands-on experience in the design and implementation of compensation programs in a corporate or consulting environment. Proven technical, client management, and design, facilitation, and project leadership skills are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
