Job Summary

Our Executive Recruiters primarily have two functional areas of expertise. 

 

Client Development

 

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing your own client base.  As a result, applicants should have a basic knowledge of managing a sales pipeline and how to manage a sales prospecting process.  Applicants should have the proven ability to develop strong relationships with business professionals and be effective at persuading and influencing Senior Management. To fulfill the ongoing job orders that you will receive from your clients, you must build key relationships with CFOs, CEOs, Vice Presidents, and Presidents with leading Fortune 500 Companies and consultant with them on their needs for top talent.

Candidate Recruitment

You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with talented business professionals and matching the talents of those professionals with ongoing job orders that you secure from your clients. Executive Recruiters must take the time to understand their candidates? career aspirations and professional goals and match those needs with the needs of their clients. Consequently, this position will require a well-organized person with an internal commitment to follow up consistently with these talented professionals.

Skill Requirements

Technical SkillsBachelor?s degree required. CPA or MBA preferred.  Minimum of 2-15 years of professional work experience ideally in one of the following disciplines:  Recruiting, Sales, Finance, Business Operations, or Accounting.


Interpersonal Skills

 Strong desire to make money and have a high degree of self motivation and drive Proven negotiation skills, the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives. Professionalism, personal integrity, a high internal commitment to achieve success, the ability to build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships over a long period of time, strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, and a tolerance for rejection.
