As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for new business development calls into client companies and ultimately making placements within those companies. You will also be expected to proactively source and recruit Accounting and Finance professionals. This is a true Executive Search position. The successful Recruiter will work only with top tier candidates and top tier clients and will build strong relationships with both. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years experience. Accounting or Sales/Recruiting background with strong presentation, communication, and closing skills. Four year degree required. We also look for candidates who are extroverted, money-motivated, possess a competitive drive, strong work ethic, and love the "art of the complex sale".
