Position:  Experienced Attorneys for Long-Term Document ReviewForensic, Litigation and Valuation Services (FLVS)Department Introduction:

Operating in an increasingly complex environment, law firms today are finding that a financial services firm is a critical member of a successful litigation team, as well as a significant ally in developing a profitable law practice. In fact, the basis for our Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services Group (FLVS) is the recognition of the natural alliance which exists between legal and financial services professionals. Our staff includes, professionals who are CPA, licensed attorneys, certified fraud examiners, certified forensic accountants, and those with advanced degrees in finance and business and substantial experience working on a variety of disputes resolutions, litigation matters, fraud and forensic work. We provide a comprehensive range of litigation services in Loss/Damage Determination, Financial Matters, Settlement Services, Family Law Matters, and Business Valuation.

 

Position Description:

Must be a licensed attorney with 4+ years of experience (including at least 2 years of document review experience) to assist with class action document review litigation project likely to last one year. Will be reviewing documents produced in response to discovery requests,Inputting information into databases, Searching databases and retrieving documents related to specific persons,

transactions or issues.Building witness files.  Background in business or accounting preferred but not required.  Review to take place at office located in the Greenway Plaza area.
