Job DescriptionPerform high volume collections on consumer accounts Review delinquent accounts Post payments to accounts Working with customers to resolve past due accounts One Saturday required approx. every 10 to 12 weeks (this will take the place of one workday during the week.)

Minimum Requirements:2 - 3 years Consumer Collections experience Strong skip tracing, negotiating skills, and problem solving abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to maintain a positive, professional customer service orientation when dealing with customer issues Ability to multi task and work in a team environment Knowledge of MS Office
