Experienced Payroll Manager

Job Summary:  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with a professional payroll system (for CPA?s, lawyers, doctors, etc.) with day to day management and supervision of multiple employees.  The position requires outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, superb verbal and written communication skills, a passion for process and details and strong organizational/planning skills.  This job is vital to the success of our organization and demands flexibility, customer-focus, creativity and lots of attention to detail.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

1.  Bachelor?s degree in business administration or related field.

2.  Knowledge of Ceridian Source 550 SQL or similar payroll system

3.  Knowledge of accounting theory, principles and practices.

4.  Knowledge of research techniques to analyze data and make recommendations.

5.  Ability to prepare statistical reports using Crystal Reporting and Excel.

6.  Ability to perform algebraic computations including ratios and percentages.

7.  Ability to work with various projects at the same time.

8.  Courteous and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.

9.  Experience with Microsoft Excel, Platinum SQL and Microsoft Word recommended, but not required.
