FAS123-R Specialist

One of our clients is looking for a consultant to come in an implement FAS-123R. Successful candidate will have Knowledge of FAS 123R, experience in determining stock option treatment, accounting for stock options, and knowledge of stock option tax implications. SEC experience a plus
Public Accounting, CPA Background - preferred.
