We are currently hiring for the following position at our BMHC Administrative Service Center in Boise, Idaho.

 

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING ANALYST

Duties and responsibilities associated with this position include the following: Performs various financial analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. Manages month end/quarter end/year end close process with respect to consolidated and non consolidated partnerships. Assists locations with percent complete accounting.Provides accounting support to business unit personnel.Prepares external audit schedules. Coordinates the internal mapping of general ledger accounts with partnership management.Performs accounting integration of acquisitions. Coordinates audits of company?s accounts. Must be willing to travel as needed. Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties associated with the internal control function as directed. Utilizes various financial reporting systems to produce management reports.

Individuals interested in this position must have excellent communication and interaction skills. Analytical skills are essential as well as the ability to meet established deadlines. A working knowledge of business accounting practices is necessary and a strong working knowledge of Windows Based Accounting Software and Excel are mandatory. This position requires a four-year college degree with a major in accounting and CPA or MBA as well as five years of experience in general accounting. The candidate must be a team player with good analytical skills, knowledge of internal control procedures, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize jobs independently.
