This CPA firm is one of the largest regional CPA firms in country specializing in several industries.

The firm is looking to fill a Senior Associate position. This position is located in CNJ. This opportunity will provide you the experience to advance you to the next level. Persons who have held this position have advanced to Controllers/Director of Finance/CFO opportunities.

Below are some of the responsibilities:
*Perform tax planning, entity restructuring and technical research
*Advise clients on implementation of proposed tax strategies
*Develop cash flow model and financial projections
*Prepare financial models
*Auditing

Requirements:
Accounting degree
3-5 years business experience(in a smaller CPA firm a plus)
located in NJ
