Responsibilities:

 

?Assist in the origination and underwriting of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities and structured finance transactions.

 

?Support the securitization of fixed and floating rate commercial real estate loans.

 

?Provide financial analysis and due diligence coordination.

 

?Perform market analyses and research and provide general support to a high performing, fast-paced dynamic team.

 

Requirements:

 

?Bachelor's in Finance, accounting, and real estate.

 

?Formal credit training preferred.

 

?Minimum 1-3 years of relevant financial experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, and/or real estate appraisal.

 

?Strong proficiency in Microsoft EXCEL required.

 

?Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail.

 

?Ability to effectively analyze and communicate, both verbally and in writing, financial information to members of the group.
