Fiduciary Tax Analyst

Fast-Tax, a Thomson Company, is the leading provider of Trust and Estate Accounting and Tax products to Law Firms, Banks and Accounting Firms.? We are currently?looking for a Sr Fiduciary Tax Analyst. The role is primarily twofold. First is working with our programmers on new functions or products. This will include communicating the type of data to be collected, the calculations to be performed on the data and the compliance issues associated with the new products or function.? The second primary function is conducting 'real world' testing of existing and new products to ensure the content is in accordance with various governmental taxing agency statutes.

Qualified candidates will have a 4 year college degree in accounting or related discipline.? Candidates will need an in depth working knowledge of the tax law re: 1041,706 and 709, and knowledge of Fiduciary accounting is desirable.? The person in this role will need strong analytical skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.? CPA, and/or Master's in Tax is a plus.
