Field Marketing Manager

    General Summary:   This person contributes to the success of The Pepsi Bottling Group by activating national and local marketing platforms and supporting the marketing

strategy for a local PBG region.

 

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

 
Activate the local “Annual Operating Plan Marketing Strategy”

Manage the Pepsi Coal funding to ensure that marketing programs are maximized in the field with PBG customers

Support package and brand introductions from a marketing perspective

Lead sales rallies or trimester marketing and new brand introductions

Work closely with the Retail and Food Service Sales Teams to implement national marketing plans

Achieve financial targets (sales volume, profit, costs)

Agency management




 

Basic Job Qualifications

 
Bachelors in Business Administration or Marketing

A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in Consumer Products Industry


Preferred Job Qualifications

 
Previous experience in classical brand marketing 

Previous experience in fact-based selling
