Position Opening: Consultant

 

Tunstall Consulting is an hourly based consulting firm specializing in strategy development and capital formation for high growth companies. Since 1980, Tunstall Consulting has helped entrepreneurial companies raise over $6 billion from a variety of institutional sources including banks, mezzanine and subordinated debt providers, venture capitalists and underwriters.

 

Primary Consultant responsibilities include participation in client meetings, performing industry research, developing Excel based computerized financial models, and drafting of narratives for inclusion in client business plans.  Consultants participate in strategy sessions in which clients? growth strategies are developed then work directly with the firm?s Directors to finalize business planning and capital sourcing projects. 

 

Ideally, applicants will possess the following characteristics:

 

Undergraduate accounting or business degree required, CPA and/or MBA a plus

2-3 years work experience, accounting experience preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong Internet research skills 

Strong verbal and written communication skills
