The ASC Procurement Card Audit Analyst is responsible for the following:
? Auditing procurement card expenditures for North American employees to insure compliance with Accenture policies and procedures 
? Provide information to help reduce the risk of misappropriation of Accenture assets
? Assist with special audits as needed per the request of management
? Audit appropriateness of business expenses (e.g.: expense type, frequency, dollar amount, etc.)
? Identify errors through the use of expense receipts and Accenture-provided resources
? Perform trend/ad-hoc analysis in order to identify audit issues
? Utilize outside resources (e.g.: vendors, credit card companies, etc.) via phone, internet and written documentation in order to verify validity of expenses
? Prepare documentation to support audit findings
? Produce audit summaries with detailed audit findings
? Manage and maintain the retention of records for all audits
? Demonstrate a willingness to learn and gain a working knowledge of information in a timely manner
? Assist with audits as needed on other business processes

 

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
? At least 1 year of internal audit, audit, and/or accounting experience

 

Skill Requirements:
? Maturity in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
? Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) in a logical, clear, concise manner when presenting information
? Strong attention to detail with an ability to demonstrate analytical strengths
? Ability to work well in a team environment by setting a good example as well as willingness to assist other team members in completing related tasks
? Ability to prioritize and/or work on several tasks at once and to change focus at a moments notice
? Sound business judgment
? Ability to build and maintain relationships
? Problem solving ability
? Ability to work on several projects at once with minimal supervision

 

Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications:
? Knowledge of Accenture Policies & Procedures including Policy 104 and the RTP capability
? Knowledge of Accenture business practices and market units
? Moderate knowledge of Windows applications including Excel, Access (ability to create queries, import/export data, etc) and Word
? Previous investigation skills or exposure to fraud detection practices helpful
