Finance/Accounting Specialist

Minimum Requirements:
College degree preferred, preferably in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent experience.
3 years of accounting, finance or processing travel expense reports work experience desired.
Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Access.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
General understanding of accounting, and travel expenses process.
Good organization and multi-tasking skills.
Strong customer service skill a must.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
With general supervision, processes, audit and responses to inquiries regarding expense reports and corporate credit card accounts. Performs routine and some complex duties associated with expense reports processing. Reviews expense reports for general ledger accounts, proper documentation, approval authorization, internal controls, and compliant with Humana travel and purchasing policies. Reconcile associates' credit card accounts to response to inquiries and review for inappropriate use of the credit card accounts. Performs special projects as assigned, which may include varied or complex components.
