We are looking for an executive recruiter to initiate and develop relationships with clients and candidates. This person will work to evaluate candidates? abilities and desires and match them with clients based on their requirements and culture.  Recruiting involves a combination of phone work and in-person meetings. Qualified individuals must have a demonstrated ability to develop relationships, be self-motivated, and adapt quickly to ever-changing environments.   Generate customers through constant prospecting and networking efforts.Meet personally with companies to understand their needs and present staffing solutions against those needs.Offer value added staffing services to companies by providing companies with applicable candidates and consulting companies through the hiring process.Recruit candidates. Including identifying, cold calling and in-person interviewing.Offer value added career services to candidates.  Develop a clear understanding of what the candidate wants and a clear understanding of what the candidate offers.  Develop and foster strong relationships that lead to candidate and client referrals and repeat business.
