This finance specialist role is part of the FS North America shared finance team. The individual?s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following.


?Actively participate in the Monthly & Quarterly Forecasting processes:


1.  Consolidate client revenue submissions, review for accuracy.

2.  Detailed CI Forecasting by EVA line item (All TOW?s) including detailed analysis of headcount,

chargeability, DNP etc.

3.  Prepare, populate & maintain forecasting/contract templates for all CG/OU related data.

4.  Prepare monthly CG forecast files for CGMP / OUMP / OUFL forecast review calls.

 

?CG SPOC Responsibilities:

 

1.  Pre-Close Revenue & CCI review vs MRE (Monthly Revenue Estimate).

2.  Review Client level forecasts for accuracy.

3.  Review contract Pricing, ensure GAAP / Internal Control compliance.

4.  Serve as 'Help desk' to CFM & Client Teams.

 

? EAC change approval template collection, consolidation & summary.
? Ensure OU internal control compliance by providing monthly & quarterly control documentation to

  sharepoint website.
? Participate on CG New business calls as required.
? Monitor working capital reports for management.
? Ensure compliance to GAAP and internal control principles across the operating unit.
? Ad Hoc requests as required.
 

 

Qualifications

 

?Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics
?Minimum GPA of 3.0 overall GPA
?Minimum 2 years relevant work experience

 

 

Must Have Skills/Knowledge:


? Basic understanding of EVA statement measures, including net revenue, cost of services, engagement &

  client margin, EBIT, EVA.

? Ability to prioritize workload, particularly during periods of peak activity
? Self motivated, takes ownership of tasks and work efforts
? Outstanding organizational and problem solving skills
? Excellent written & oral communication skills
? Maintains enthusiasm and positive attitude in the face of adversity
? Confident dealing with finance & non-finance executives alike
? Ability to be flexible and work effectively in a team environment
? Ability to produce timely and quality deliverables
? Self-starter, interpersonal flexibility, thoroughness and critical thinker


 

Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications:

 

At least three years relevant experience
Skilled in Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of SAP
Fundamental understanding of how financial information is used to manage our business
Familiar with GAAP,  GAAP requirements
Familiar with the process of pricing & costing new work, including complex/long term arrangements
